Pang ist ein Killer. Auf den Straßen von Kambodscha hat er zu überleben gelernt. Ohne Gnade und ohne Schmerz tritt er seinen Gegnern entgegen und prügelt sie zu Tode.
Für seine Mafiabosse kaum mehr als ein Tier wird der junge Mann unter menschenunwürdigen Bedingungen nach Hongkong verschifft, um einen Auftragsmord zu erledigen. Doch als sich die Cops nach dem Blutbad an seine Fersen heften, ist Pang völlig auf sich allein gestellt. Fast instinktiv zieht es ihn zu Hongkongs gigantischen Müllfeldern. Denn Schmutz und Tod – das sind die Dinge, die Pang unausweichlich umgeben. So ist es wohl eher Schicksal als Zufall, dass er dort auf die von ihrem Vater vergewaltigte Yue stößt und das Mädchen, gerührt von ihrem Leid, von ihrem Peiniger befreit. Vielleicht zum ersten Mal in seinem Leben spürt der gefühllose Pang eine Perspektive und tatsächlich kommen sich die beiden vorsichtig näher. Aber Polizei und Mafia sind dem Jungen unerbittlich auf der Spur und der Tod bleibt seine Bestimmung …
