Yao (Sam Hui) lebt friedlich mit seinen Freunden in Russland. Sein Leben ändert sich schlagartig als Yao beobachtet, wie ein Killer des japanischen Geheimbundes „800 Dragon“ einen kaltblütigen Mord begeht.
