Bei einer wilden Autojagd wird ein Polizeiagent zu Tode gehetzt. Die brutalen Killer aus der Unterwelt haben allerdings nicht damit gerechnet, dass sie beobachtet werden. Sie versuchen nun mit allen Mitteln, den lästigen Zeugen für immer zum Schweigen zu bringen. Dass durch ihre Terroraktionen und ihre Bombenanschläge auch Opfer in der unbeteiligten Zivilbevölkerung entstehen, stört sie wenig. Um den Zeugen endgültig mundtot zu machen, entführen sie sogar seine liebevolle Frau und sein unschuldiges Kind. Ob er daraufhin im Zeugenstand wankelmütig wird?
