Daisuke Yuge ist ein Touristenführer auf der Insel Oahu in Hawaii. Er studiert nebenbei Astronomie in seiner Freizeit und ist ein Playboy, welcher schon viele Beziehungen ohne Verpflichtungen hatte. Rui Fujishima wiederum leidet nach einem Unfall an Amnesie. Jede Nacht verliert sie alle Erinnerungen an den vergangenen Tag. Die beiden treffen im Frühsommer auf Oahu aufeinander und eine Romanze beginnt, nachdem sich Daisuke auf den ersten Blick in Rui verliebt. Nun versucht Daisuke jeden Tag, das Herz von Rui zu erobern. Auf Grund dessen, dass sie immer wieder vergrisst, dass sie Daisuke getroffen hat, ist jeder Kuss, den die beiden miteinander haben, für Rui wie der erste Kuss.
