Synopsis
Akane Saijo lives for rhythm … until her band kicks her out just before their big debut. The reason: she’s a woman. Humiliated and without prospects, the drummer meets Naoki Fujitani, a reclusive musical genius, who brings her into his new project: the band TenBlank.
Together with talented musicians Sho Takaoka and Kazushi Sakamoto, they take the stages of Japan by storm. Naoki’s inimitable compositions and the raw energy of their performances catapult TenBlank into the spotlight. But the brighter the success shines, the clearer the shadows behind it become: old wounds, unspoken conflicts, and secrets that could destroy everything.
Between rehearsal rooms and concert halls, euphoria and self-doubt, Akane finds her voice – and is ultimately faced with the question of what is more important to her: the applause of the audience or the truth of her heart. And what do Shinzaki Toya from the band OVER CHROME and solo singer Sakurai Yukino have to do with it?
