Der kleine Wang ist der Schrecken seiner Stadt, denn mit seinen Scherzen hat er schon viele Einwohner an den Rand der Verzweiflung gebracht. Deswegen nennen ihn auch alle »Schlitzauge«. Eines Tages treibt es Wang allerdings zu weit und wird von einer Gangsterbande verfolgt. In letzter Minute eilt ihm der »Drunken Master« zu Hilfe und nimmt das kleine Schitzohr unter seine Fittche. Das Training ist hart und gnadenlos, und so lernt Wang bei der Schnapsnase alle Tricks der asiatischen Kampfkunst. Das »Schlitzauge« wird nie wieder vor jemanden fliehen müssen …
