Laut der offiziellen Internetseite Gunslinger Girl -Il Teatrino- sollen zwei nicht veröffentlichte Episoden aus dem Anime Gunslinger Girl -Il Teatrino- als OVA erscheinen.

Die Titel für die Episoden wurden auch schon angekündigt:

- Vanessa no Hikari, Kokoro no Yami
- Phantasma

Die OVA wird nach der Finalen DVD (25. September 2008) veröffentlicht.
