Keiko Ichiguchi ist eine japanische Mangaka.

Nachdem sie zunächst in Japan debütierte, zog sie 1993 nach Bologna und veröffentlicht dort Manga auf Italienisch im Verlag Kappa Edizioni. Ab 1997 auch Parallel in Japan bei Kodansha.
