FLOW ist eine japanische Band, die aus fünf Mitgliedern besteht. Koushi Asakawa (Sänger), sein Bruder Takeshi Asakawa (Gitarre), Keigo Hayashi (Sänger), Yasutarou Gotou (Bass) und Hiroshi Iwasaki (Schlagzeug) gründeten die Gruppe 1998.

Ihre erste Single erschien 2001, welche ein riesen Erfolg wurde. Im Frühjahr folgte dann das dazugehörige Album.

Sie trugen Openings u. a. zu Anime-Serien wie Naruto, Code Geass und Heroman bei.
