Simona Pahl hat eine junge Stimme. Sie beherrscht vier Sprachen; Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch und Spanisch. Letzteres allerdings nur in Grund- bzw. Schulkenntnisse. Ihre Freizeitaktivitäten sind u.a. Step, Ballet, Tai Chi und Reiten. 1999 absolvierte sie ihr Abitur und studierte anschließend von 1999 bis 2002 Schauspielerei im Hamburger Schauspielstudio Frese.
September 2002 wurde sie bei der ZBF Schauspiel und der ZBF Film und Fernsehen aufgenommen.
