Amy Limietta ist eine Offiziersanwärterin des Time-Space Administration Bureau (時空管理局, Jikuu Kanri Kyoku) und dient auf dem interstellaren Raumschiff Arthra (アースラ) unter dem Kommando von Kommandantin Lindy Harlaown. Amy ist in etwa so etwas wie Lindys direkte Assistentin und ist eine gute Freundin von ihr und Chrono Harlaown. Amys wohl größte Stärke liegt im Umgang mit computertechnischen Mitteln und der Infomations- und Datenverarbeitung. Ihr unheimlich schnelles Tipptempo und ihre gute Auffassungsgabe machen sie für Lindys Crew zu einer fast unersetzbaren Mitarbeiterin, der eine blühende Karriere bei der TSAB offen steht. Ansonsten ist Amy eine sehr heitere und offene junge Frau und verzieht selten eine böse Miene. Letztlich weiß Amy mehr über die wahren Hintergründe der abtrünnigen Magierin Precia Testarossa und über ihre Beziehung zu ihrer Tochter Fate.
