Ketaka ist der Kapitän der 5. Einheit der Bodyguards von Katahara Metsudou. Sein Name ist, wie bei allen Bodyguards, nur ein Codename. Die Bodyguards sind, mit ein paar Ausnahmen, benannt nach Gegenden in der Tottori-Präfektur. Er ist der jüngste Kapitän der Bodyguards. Er ist sehr reserviert und spricht kaum. Er kommt sowohl mit Hawai, einem Mitglied der Extermination Force, als auch mit dem genauso wenig sprechenden Mihagino, dem Kapitän der 11. Einheit der Bodyguards, gut aus. Zusammen verbringen die drei gerne ihre Privatzeit miteinander. Ihm bereitet Sorgen, dass er nervös wird, sobald er mit jemanden Augenkontakt hat.
